Josette Grippo leads the firm’s practice management and client value operations, overseeing practice group performance objectives and the execution of related strategies, talent management, strategic pricing, budgeting, legal project management, and client and practice group financial analytics aimed at revenue management.
In addition to working with lawyers across the firm, Josette and her team regularly collaborate with all business service units to deliver creative, tailored solutions for the varied needs of the firm’s diverse client base. Josette also frequently works directly with clients, including in-house legal operations teams, to facilitate enhanced legal service delivery.
Josette has worked in the legal industry for the past 18 years, with more than 12 years of experience in practice management and client value at leading international law firms. She began her career as a practicing attorney in the structured finance group and later as a litigator at two large national firms.
