Joshua focuses his practice on the corporate considerations of investment funds and tax transactions.
With a diverse legal background, Josh has experience in both public interest and private practice. Prior to joining Akin, he was an associate in the private capital transactions group at another international law firm.
During law school, Josh served as a student advocate for the Harvard Law School Transactional Clinic, where he represented students, nonprofits, and small businesses in a variety of legal matters. Additionally, he interned in the Office of General Counsel at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and worked as an investment banking summer analyst, focusing on sell-side M&A deals and distressed debt sell-offs.
