Katy is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Akin, Katy was an attorney at another global law firm.

Katy earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Brooklyn Business Law Association and Brooklyn Entertainment & Sports Law Society.
