Keegan is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists clients in a variety of corporate matters, including finance and lending, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Keegan holds a J.D from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was President of the Black Law Students Association and an Inaugural Fellow for the Center for the Study of Race and Law. He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Alcorn State University. Prior to law school, he served as a staff assistant for the Office of Majority Whip James E. Clyburn, U.S. House of Representatives.
