Kori is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She advises public and private companies in acquisitions and dispositions, securities transactions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. She is particularly focused on complex corporate transactions and special situations.

Prior to joining Akin, Kori was a private equity M&A associate at another international law firm based in Boston. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy.
