Kristen advises clients on various corporate matters, including project development, finance transactions and corporate governance.

During law school, Kristen was an associate editor for the California Law Review and a participant in the New Business Community Law Clinic, where she advised low-income entrepreneurs on their startup needs. She spent her last semester in Geneva, Switzerland, advising small island and developing states on their engagement at the United Nations Human Rights Council.

Kristen was a Strauss Diversity & Inclusion Scholar in 2022 and a member of Akin’s 2023 summer associate class.
