Kyle is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy litigation, securities litigation and white collar matters.
Kyle represents companies in shareholder derivative and class action litigation, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations, and other complex business disputes, as well as counseling debtors and creditors in chapter 11 cases in connection with contested matters and adversary proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was an associate at another international law firm based in New York City.
Kyle earned his J.D. with high honors from Emory University School of Law.
