Lauren focuses her practice on the formation and operation of domestic and offshore private investment funds, including private equity funds and hedge funds.

Lauren was previously a summer associate at Akin. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Bloomberg Government.

Lauren holds a B.A. with Distinction in English from the University of Virginia, and earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a staff editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law and the academic chair for the Latinx Law Students Association.
