Logan focuses his practice on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, loan origination and related securitization matters, and leasing matters relating to real property located throughout North America.

Prior to joining Akin, Logan was an attorney at another law firm.

Logan received his J.D. cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as associate managing editor for the SMU International Law Review Association. He was also an active member of the Corporate Law Association and Christian Legal Society.
