Maddalena is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. She represents both domestic and international clients in a variety of complex internal investigations and commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Maddalena was a law clerk for the Honorable Freda Wolfson, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to that, she was a litigation associate at another international law firm based in New York City.
Maddalena earned her B.A. summa cum laude and was elected Phi Beta Kappa from the College of William & Mary. She earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an articles editor for Columbia Business Law Review. Maddalena was also a teaching fellow for constitutional law and civil procedure.
