• Represented various private equity funds in the formation and capitalization of dozens of portfolio companies focused on the upstream, midstream and services sectors of the oil and gas industry with investments totaling more than $2 billion.
• Represented a management team in raising more than $1 billion in capital commitments from multiple global private equity funds in order to pursue oil and gas acquisition and development in the Permian Basin.
• Represented a management team in raising more than $450 million in capital commitments from a leading energy private equity fund to jointly acquire, develop and exploit conventional and unconventional oil and gas properties in the Marcellus Shale.
• Represented a newly-formed registered investment adviser focused on upstream oil and gas assets in partnership with institutional investors and with assets under management of over $2 billion.
• Represented a portfolio company in connection with the formation of an upstream/midstream joint venture for the dedication of certain of its leasehold acreage related to natural gas production in Midland, Martin and Glasscock Counties.

• Represent a private family office in the acquisition of a Texas-based industrial wind turbine bolting service and solutions company and the related management rollover transaction.
