Mariam is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice, where she advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

Mariam earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law as a Karsh-Dillard Scholar. During law school, she served as editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law, and was selected as a member of the Raven Honor Society. Mariam also served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Vice Chair for the National Black Law Students Association. She earned her B.A. magna cum laude from Towson University.
