Mary Kate’s practice includes all aspects of securities, corporate and finance law. She advises public companies in connection with ongoing Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations. She has also represented issuers and private equity sponsors in a wide variety of securities offerings, including initial public offerings and issuances of high-yield debt securities. She also represents borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured credit facilities and other lending arrangements.

In addition, Mary Kate represents public companies in ongoing corporate and securities matters, including advising with respect to securities reporting and disclosure, stockholder meetings, tender offers and corporate governance and compliance.
