Temporarily on a Full-Time Client Secondment
- Advises asset managers on structuring and establishing investment funds and the ongoing operation of alternative investment products.
Max advises asset managers, particularly hedge fund managers, on the structuring and establishment of investment funds. He also provides general investment management support and advice on the regulatory obligations that alternative fund managers face.

- Represented a real estate investment firm on the establishment of its industrial logistics fund in the Netherlands.
- Represented a U.K. investment firm on its fund commitment increase.
- Represented a U.K. real estate investment firm on a fund closing and investor transfer documents.
- Represented sovereign wealth funds and investment management companies in relation to the sale of assets.
