McKenzie Miller advises clients in various commercial litigation matters, particularly with respect to government contracts, white collar investigations and financial restructuring. McKenzie often assists with FOCI and facility security clearance-related matters.

During law school, McKenzie was the Editor-in-chief of the Catholic University Law Review and a legal intern with the House Judiciary Committee. She is a member of Akin Gump’s 2018 summer associate class.
