Meg is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Meg also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Meg was an Akin summer associate. Prior to joining the firm, Meg was a student attorney for the Duke University School of Law Immigrant Rights Clinic.

Meg earned her B.A. summa cum laude in history from Fordham University and her J.D. from the Duke University School of Law.
