Michael advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, restructuring matters, debt financing and private equity transactions.

While in law school, Michael served as the managing online content editor for the Texas Law Review and assisted with diversity and inclusion efforts as a member of the outreach committee.
