Nicole Greenstein is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. She advises clients on a range of complex litigation matters and investigations. Nicole has authored briefs filed in the U.S. Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, and federal district courts. She also maintains an active and wide-ranging pro bono practice.
Previously, Nicole served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Chagares of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Honorable Mary Beck Briscoe of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Nicole earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was a publishing editor of the Cornell Law Review. While in law school, Nicole also served as the executive editor of the Legal Information Institute’s Supreme Court Bulletin. Nicole graduated with a B.A. in English and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
