Biography
- Concentrates on a variety of financing transactions representing credit managers, special situation investors, hedge funds, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and other corporate borrowers.
Nima is an associate in the firm’s corporate & finance practice. He advises financial institutions, borrowers, sponsors and private equity firms in a range of secured and unsecured debt financing transactions across various industries.
Nima earned his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, his M.B.A from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and his B.S. from Georgetown University.
