Olivia is an associate in the environment & natural resources practice, with a focus on regulatory counseling. She represents and advises clients in environmental litigation and enforcement actions.
Olivia holds a J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she was a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic, and member of the Black Law Students Association and the Howard Energy and Environmental Law Society. During law school, Olivia served as a legal extern for the Environmental Defense Fund and as a law clerk for Oceana. She also served as the head volunteer coordinator for the Howard Law Academy.
Previously, she served as a volunteer law clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Olivia was a member of Akin’s 2022 summer associate class and a 2021 Pro Bono Scholar.
