Patricia Precel leads knowledge management initiatives for Akin’s corporate group, including:

• Developing and implementing solutions and best practices to increase attorney efficiency.
• Creating, maintaining and organizing resources for internal databases to support client service.
• Monitoring and sharing legal and market developments.

Patricia has extensive experience representing companies on corporate and securities matters. Patricia was previously counsel at Akin and left to join Thomson Reuters as a Senior Legal Editor at Practical Law. Patricia started her legal career as a corporate lawyer at another prominent New York law firm.
