Patrick advises financial institutions, investment managers, public and private companies and other organizations on tax matters relating to mergers & acquisitions (M&A), cross-border transactions and restructurings.
Patrick was an Akin summer associate. Prior to joining Akin, Patrick was an intern at the Association for Research into Crimes against Art.
Patrick earned his B.A. summa cum laude from The Catholic University of America. He earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was a tax preparer in the Low-Income Taxpayer Law and Accounting Practicum.
