Paul is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. His practice covers a variety of civil litigation matters, in addition to representing financial institutions, corporations and their individuals in white collar defense matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing criminal defendants, asylum and parole applicants.
Paul earned his B.A. from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he graduated with the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize. He also served as Articles Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.
