Pearse focuses his practice on a broad array of investment management matters. He guides fund managers on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity funds, credit funds and hedge funds. He also advises on regulatory & compliance matters.

Pearse earned his B.S. from Fordham University and his J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a Paul Fuller Scholar. While attending law school, Pearse worked full-time at Fordham University, and was the vice president of the Student Bar Association, a research assistant and teaching assistant for Professor Deborah W. Denno, and an associate editor of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
