Rebecca is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. She represents both domestic and international clients in a variety of complex litigation matters and advises creditors and other stakeholders in chapter 11 proceedings. She also represents pro bono clients in criminal matters.
Rebecca was an Akin summer associate. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca was a legal intern for the Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Prior to that, she was a judicial intern to the Honorable Gerald Lebovits of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
Rebecca earned her B.A. magna cum laude from Binghamton University. She earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was an associate editor for the Cardozo Law Review.
