Biography
- Assists public and private companies in a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt finance, special situations, corporate governance and project finance transactions.
Robert is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists with a variety of corporate transactions.
Robert received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was an International Law and Human Rights Scholar and an editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics. He earned a B.A. with distinction in International Development and History from McGill University.
