Ruby is an associate in the international trade practice. She represents and advises U.S. and international clients on a range of international trade matters, including antidumping and countervailing duties before the Department of Commerce, International Trade Commission and Court of International Trade. She also advises clients on matters involving international trade policy and regulatory developments.
Ruby earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as the student attorney for the Immigrant Justice Clinic.
