Sara's practice focuses on the structuring, formation, fundraising and ongoing operations of investment funds, including private equity funds, credit funds, hybrid funds, funds of funds and co-investment funds.

Sara’s experience includes fund formations, joint ventures, separately managed accounts and investor representations for many large alternative investment managers and institutional investors.

While at Georgetown University Law Center, Sara was a co-founder and co-editor in chief of the Georgetown Law Technology Review.
