Sarah D’Addese focuses her practice on investment management matters, including the formation, structuring, and operation of domestic and offshore private investment funds. She also represents institutional investors in connection with their investments in private investment funds, including acquiring and selling those investments on the secondary market.
Sarah received her J.D. in 2021 from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Business and Finance Law Review. During law school, Sarah interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of General Counsel.
Prior to law school, Sarah was a paralegal in Akin’s financial restructuring practice.
