Sasha Shulzhenko represents lenders, borrowers and sponsors in connection with debt finance transactions, with specific focus on in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions; draft and participate in negotiations of various agreements for leveraged acquisition and restructuring transactions, syndicated lending, investment grade lending, cash flow lending and asset-based lending, as well as debtor in possession financings.
