Satuti serves as knowledge management counsel for the corporate practice. She provides advice on matters involving public and private companies, including private equity funds and strategic investors, across a range of industries in connection with mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Prior to joining Akin, Satuti was a New York-based associate in the corporate and securities department of another multinational law firm.
