Sophia Bavaro is an associate in the firm’s financial restructuring practice. Sophia assists debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and out-of-court restructurings.
Sophia previously served as a criminal and family law clerk at the Connecticut Superior Court.
Sophia received a J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law, where she founded Emory University School of Law’s first Chapter 7 Clinic and accordingly served as the first clinic editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
