Sung Un Kim represents clients on a range of international trade matters, including World Trade Organization (WTO) disputes, and antidumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) investigations before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and federal courts. He also advises sovereign governments on the international trade laws and regulations of the United States and other countries.
Prior to Akin, Sung Un assisted foreign producers, as well as domestic importers and producers in trade remedies cases. He also advised domestic and foreign exporters and producers in export controls and customs matters. Additionally, his work focused on e-discovery where he assisted clients with their response to various document requests in antitrust and regulatory investigations, intellectual proper litigation, and bank regulation and enforcement actions.
