Tabitha assists clients in a variety of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Akin, Tabitha clerked for the Honorable Reed O’Connor for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to that, she completed a clerkship for Sen. John Cornyn, U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary in Washington, D.C.
Tabitha earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law where she graduated cum laude and served as a staff editor for the Catholic University Law Review. She was also one of two graduates in her class to receive the Eleanore Dulin and James Clanton Haynes Memorial Law and Public Policy Fellowship Award.
