He has assisted clients with merger control and foreign investment filings across numerous jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Akin, he practiced competition law at the Brussels office of a Magic Circle law firm and completed a traineeship with the European Commission, Directorate-General for Competition, where he worked in a unit specializing in mergers in the transportation, energy and environmental sectors.
