Will is an associate in the firm's litigation practice. He assists clients on a range of litigation matters.
Will was an Akin summer associate. Before joining Akin, he interned with the Securities & Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Enforcement Division and externed with the Honorable Stuart M. Rice at the Complex Civil Division of the L.A. County Superior Court. Prior to law school, Will worked in state government for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Will earned his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He also served as an editor on the executive board for the Hale Moot Court, and an oral argument semifinals competitor and recipient of the Best Brief Award in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program Competition. Will earned his B.A. in economics with a minor in finance from Tufts University, where he pitched on the Varsity Baseball team for all four years.
