Billy is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. His practice focuses on white collar defense & government investigations, as well as civil litigation. He also maintains a robust pro bono practice.

Billy returned to Akin after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Billy was also an Akin Pro Bono Scholar in 2020. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and B.A. from Yale University.
