Will is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. He advises clients on a range of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Akin, Will served as a law clerk for the Honorable Bobby R. Baldock of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and for the Honorable Chief Judge William P. Johnson of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
Will earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Journal of Law & Politics. During law school, Will gained courtroom advocacy experience as a student prosecutor for the Albemarle County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada. Will earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Military Institute, where he was a distinguished graduate.
