Yujin represents clients in domestic and international trade litigation, including:
- Dispute settlement under the World Trade Organization (WTO).
- Antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
- Trade remedy litigation under the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT).
Yujin also advises U.S. and foreign clients on various international trade law and policy matters related to:
- WTO agreements
- Regional Free Trade Agreements (FTAs)
- Regional bilateral investment treaties
- U.S. trade policy.
Yujin served as a post-graduate legal intern in the Legal Affairs Division of the WTO. She also served as a legal intern with U.S. CIT Judge Delissa Ridgeway.
- Represented sovereign governments in WTO disputes related to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 (GATT 1994), the General Agreement on Services (GATS), the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property (TRIPS Agreement), the Anti-Dumping Agreement, the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (SCM Agreement), Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (SPS Agreement) and the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT Agreement), among others.
- Represented an Oman aluminum producer in an AD investigation on common alloy aluminum sheet from Oman at the DOC.
- Represented a Spanish olive producer in AD/CVD administrative review on Ripe Olives from Spain at the DOC.
- Represented tire producers in the AD/CVD duty proceedings on Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from Thailand and China.
- Represented an Indonesian biodiesel producer in an AD/CVD investigation on Biodiesel from Indonesia at the DOC.
