Zain is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. He assists clients in a variety of litigation matters, including securities and financial restructuring.
Zain dedicates time to pro bono matters and previously served as a pro bono volunteer at the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation where he assisted victims of domestic violence.
He holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was the research and projects editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law and served as outreach chair of the Muslim Law Students Association. He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Rice University where he majored in political science and was president of the Rice Muslim Student Association and was a member of the Leadership Center at the Baker Institute of Public Policy. Prior to law school, Zain interned at the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice and also interned at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
