Akin Gump Advises Endava on Acquisition of Comtrade Digital Services

(London) – Akin Gump has advised New York Stock Exchange-listed Endava on its acquisition of Comtrade Digital Services (CDS), formerly a division of Comtrade Group B.V., for €60 million.
CDS, headquartered in Dublin and with delivery centers across the Adriatic, is a provider of strategic software engineering services and solutions, serving clients predominantly in the European Union but also elsewhere in Europe and in the United States.
The acquisition will allow Endava to enhance its engineering, digital transformation and next-generation technology capabilities.
