Akin Gump Advises on Landmark Infrastructure Partners Real Property Acquisition

(Houston) – Akin Gump has once again advised the conflicts committee of the board of directors of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP in a major real estate transaction.
In a deal announced today, Landmark said it has acquired 100 tenant sites located in 28 states from its sponsor, Landmark Dividend LLC, for total consideration of $35.7 million. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to Landmark’s distributable cash flow.
The Akin Gump deal team was led by oil and gas partner Chris LaFollette, who serves as partner in charge of the firm’s Houston office. She was joined by oil and gas partner John Goodgame, tax partner Thomas Weir and oil and gas associate Heather Ashour, real estate counsel Arsineh Baghdasarian and real estate associates Daniel Shlomi and Alex Agahzadeh.
Earlier this year, Akin Gump advised the same conflicts committee on separate tenant site transactions, including this deal for $25.2 million and this deal for $22.05 million.
