Akin Gump Advises on Landmark Infrastructure Partners Real Estate Deal

(Houston) – Akin Gump advised the conflicts committee of the board of directors of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP in its acquisition of 81 tenant sites located in 21 states from its sponsor, Landmark Dividend LLC, for total consideration of $25.2 million. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to the partnership’s distributable cash flow.

The Akin Gump deal team included partners Chris LaFollette, who also serves as partner in charge of the firm’s Houston office, and John Goodgame and associate Heather Ashour.
