Akin Gump Again Advises Landmark Infrastructure Partners on Real Property Acquisition

(Houston) – In its most recent representation of the conflicts committee of the board of directors of Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP, Akin Gump has served as legal advisor in the acquisition of 65 tenant sites located in 24 states from the partnership’s sponsor, Landmark Dividend LLC. The total cost is $20.3 million.
The assets acquired in this transaction consist of 50 wireless communication, 13 outdoor advertising and two renewable power generation sites.
The Akin Gump deal team was led by oil and gas partner Chris LaFollette, who serves as partner in charge of the firm’s Houston office. She was joined by oil and gas partner John Goodgame, tax partners Thomas Weir and Alison Chen, oil and gas associate Heather Ashour, real estate counsel Arsineh Baghdasarian, real estate associates Daniel Shlomi and Alex Agahzadeh and real estate staff attorney Stuart Graves.
