Akin Gump Shortlisted in Three Categories of HFMWeek’s US Hedge Fund Services Awards

(New York) – Akin Gump is pleased to announce it has made the shortlist in three separate categories of HFMWeek’s US Hedge Fund Services Awards 2016. The firm was named in the following categories:

  • Best onshore law firm
  • Best onshore law firm – client service
  • Best onshore law firm – hedge fund start-ups

In 2015, Akin Gump was named top firm in the category “Best onshore law firm – hedge fund start-ups.”

The US Hedge Fund Services Awards recognize and reward those hedge fund service providers that have demonstrated “exceptional customer service and innovative product development over the past 12 months.” This year’s winners will be announced in New York on October 20.
