OneTrust Data Guidance has published three separate overviews in its Third Country Assessment guide of data protection frameworks in the United Arab Emirates, written by members of Akin Gump’s cybersecurity, privacy and data protection team. The authors comprise partner Natasha Kohne, who co-heads the group, counsel Jenny Arlington and Hamed Afzal and associate Sahar Abas.
