The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) has established procedures for enforcing its provisions governing employee benefit plans through private litigation and agency enforcement. Our ERISA/employee benefits litigation team has deep knowledge of employee benefits statutes and extensive experience counseling a variety of clients on a full range of employee benefits/executive compensation issues.

Defend against specific ERISA claims, such as Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act actions and actions for benefits, as well as claims under state or federal law—including the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, the Taft-Hartley Act and breach of contract actions.

- Complex claims of fiduciary breach, including those related to mismanagement of personal data.
