Equal Justice Works

Through donations from individuals, law firms, corporations and foundations, Equal Justice Works funds law students and lawyers in programs that bring justice to millions of low-income persons and families.

Since 2006, Akin has committed to select at least one Equal Justice Works fellow per year, for two-year fellowships. Sponsoring Equal Justice Works fellowships is one way the firm invests in the next generation of public interest lawyers and advances access to justice for all. Our current sponsored fellows are:
