- 13 Jun 2024 (UK):
The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") announced 42 new sanctions designations under The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. The designations include, amongst others, a number of entities connected to Russia's financial system (including, inter alia, the National Settlement Depository ("NSD") and the Moscow Stock Exchange), entities in the civil nuclear and Russian Liquefied Natural Gas ("LNG") sectors, as well as suppliers of munitions, machine tools, microelectronics, logistics, or other suppliers to the Russian military-industrial complex.
- 13 Jun 2024 (UK):
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office ("FCDO") announced that six vessels have been specified for the purposes of The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 ("Russia Regulations").
