Alexandra is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Akin, Alexandra interned with the Honorable Carl Barbier of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.  

Alexandra earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as senior annual survey editor for the American Criminal Law Review. She was also vice president of the First Generation Student Union.
